The Keisei Skyliner connects Terminal 1 and Terminal 2/3 stations to Nippori and Keisei-Ueno in roughly 41 minutes, with fares hovering around 2,580 yen. Alternatively, the JR Narita Express (N'EX) runs directly to Tokyo Station (about 53 minutes), Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Yokohama, costing roughly 3,070 to 4,370 yen depending on the destination, and is fully covered under the Japan Rail Pass.
