Starting July 5, the Denver-based budget carrier is rolling out new routes across major U.S. corridors, adding nonstops between key hubs like Boston, Dallas, Detroit, Las Vegas, and Orlando. Introductory fares start at $39—a clear bid to hold onto budget-conscious travelers right as peak summer travel hits.

Here's how the new routes break down across schedules and starting prices:

• Dallas Fort Worth to New Orleans: Daily flights starting July 5, with intro fares from $39.
• Detroit to Fort Lauderdale: Daily flights starting July 5, with intro fares from $49.
• Richmond to Orlando: Three flights weekly starting July 5, with intro fares from $59.
• Boston to Orlando: Daily flights starting July 5, with intro fares from $69.
• Las Vegas to Kansas City: Four flights weekly starting July 5, with intro fares from $69.
• Orlando to Memphis: Three flights weekly starting July 5, with intro fares from $69.
• Detroit to Philadelphia: Daily flights starting July 5, with intro fares from $79.
• Detroit to Las Vegas: Daily flights starting July 6, with intro fares from $79.

Guaranteed Empty Middle Seats and a Loyalty Overhaul

These new flights arrive alongside a broader cabin refresh the airline calls "The New Frontier." Part of that shift includes UpFront Plus seating in the first two rows—a setup that hands travelers extra legroom, extra elbow room, and a guaranteed empty middle seat.

Looking ahead to 2026, Frontier plans to introduce a proper First Class option—a rare move for an ultra-low-cost airline trying to sell genuine seating comfort alongside discount base fares. Frequent flyers will notice a whole new math to earning points, too. The revamped Frontier Miles program ties rewards directly to cash spent rather than distance flown—starting at 10 miles per $1 spent and scaling up to 20X for elite status tiers. Elite status kicks in at 10,000 points, granting perks like priority boarding, advance seat selection, and free checked bags. Elite members can also pool miles with family for free and use unlimited companion travel rights, letting you pick a different travel partner on every flight.

What You Need to Know Before Booking

Anyone eyeing these $39 introductory fares needs to watch the clock. To lock in the promo pricing, you'll have to book by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on July 12, 2026.

Those deals apply strictly to nonstop flights running between August 3, 2026, and September 2, 2026. You'll only find them on select days of the week, and seat availability fluctuates depending on the route and date. Round-trip purchases aren't required to get the discount, though standard rules and Frontier's Contract of Carriage apply across the board.
